she keeps making funny squeaky puffing sounds all the time, but she doesnt look in pain. she is about a year old, so could it just be age? can someone tell me what is wrong with her?

she could have contaminated conjestion. its just where she either breeths in or swallows something that will affect her breathing thats what mine had and i had to take her to the vet to get antibiotics. they didnt cost much. ok hope this helps yaxx
ps it mite need to be kept in for a few days to monitor its breathing.
i don't think that's something to be concern about but check with a vet just in case.
she may not be dying but u need to see the vet and the vet will tell u what to do with her
I dont think she might bebut you can get it checked out. she may be wetting her self with the water container you have for her. it can be spilling on her and she may be getting sick.
She is sick. probably caught something from you. Not being mean, but they often get "colds" and human viruses.
u should call the vet and see if u should bring her in.
Hamsters usually live between- 2 1/2 - 3 years. Mine lived 3 years. So it probably has nothing to do with age. best advice would be to chck with a professional on this stuff aka your vet. Hamsters make funny noises sometimes i doubt she is sick.

its not that big of a concern they just do that for some reason but just to make sure go to a vet and see what they say

but she has the sniffles.
hamsters make sqweeky noisis all the time . but if he is wheezing maby you need to clean his cage and make sure he always has water.he might be thursty
yes its ill because i had a hamsterand it was doing the same thing and it bearly walk and puff so i took it to a vet best thing to do
