Is peanut butter safe for gerbils?
Answers:
Yes, a little bit as a treat every once in a while is fine.
Peanut butter is very high in fat and can lead to an overweight gerbil really quickly, so don't over do it. The excessive fat and oils may also upset their tummy if you give them too much.
You need counseling.
As long as it's JIF, lol.
I don't really know, just thought the question was funny.
yes, i used to watch my gerbil named HamHam eat peanut butter off of his biting post. u know the things you buy for gerbils to bite to trim their teeth?! just don't feed him/her globs of peanut butter or when you wake up your gerbil might not be as lively as you'd like...
if my dog almost chocked from it, i think your gerbil could with his timy little throat. I wouldnt recomend it! It could stick to the back and kill him... uinless u want that.
Put it on something, not alone
