yes they can at the human society by our house they spay and neuter rabbits hamsters and some other things not sure of the price I was shocked and surprised that they do it good luck hope this helps
Yeah. I dont know about your area, but at the clinic i work at they charge the same as they do to spay a cat ($25)

What on earth for - and no I've never heard of it being done. Just keep her away from male hamsters that's all - you have to do that anyway because most of the time they fight.

Why would you want to?That would be to much for their little bodies to handle!The lady at PetSmart said that they can die from an AirPlane overhead!So NO!
i dont see why youd want to spay it? i mean... are you getting a male one also... and putting it in the same cage? and if so.i dont see why you would.. but whatever. its your money.
no just house it by itself, syrians live alone anyway.

You can both spay and neuter hamster at an exotic vet. Most reproductive diseases are only curable by removing the organs. It doesnt matter how small a good vet will be able to perform the surgery.
