theres a cute bunny at petland I like
Answers:
Almost every pet store I have been to has had guinea pigs with rabbits. They work great together. And Petland is an excellent store. I've never had any problem with them. Maybe you could try and find a homeless bunny at a shelter though, they usually don't get adopted. Its sad.
Maybe you'll get Guinnies
i think its better to stay on the safe side and put them in seperate cages- you never know what could happen.
should be okay, especially if it's a small bunny. they arent aggressive, at least not normally.
Generally, no. Rabbits are much, much stronger than guinea pigs and can hurt them. Sometimes they get along, but if you don't already have them paired together, I wouldn't introduce a new pair.
Petland is horrible. Please don't buy anything there.
ask them at petland, but I don't think there would be a problem. I'm not sure about having 2 males together, though. another questioner in here said she had 3 guinea pigs with a rabbit, so it should be fine.
no! i dont want to sound mean but a bbunnies stong leggs can easily kill a guinea pig. try petfinder.com to get a guinea pig friend for it instead. im getting two soon! here they are

hope i helped!!
That should be fine. I've seen them been put together at most pet shops.
im not sure...but i use to have a bunny and a guinea pig and they dint kill each other or anything..but i just had to give em away..just werent the animals for me...2 boring and just nothing like a dog..they make ur place smell like shiznit
They probably would fight or end up making a guibunny! xDD I'm kidding, but anywho, I wouldn't put them together.
It is legal in every state except Nebraska.
Bring your guinea pig to petland and see how it acts around the bunny. If they get along okay, then it's probably fine. If not (even if there's a slight disagreement) I definitely wouldn't put them together.
Not in the same cage. The rabbit should have a larger, separate cage/hutch. It's not worth the risk of either of them harming each other.
Whether they can get along outside of the cages is uncertain. All animals are different, with different personalities. And bunnies who are not spayed or neutered can be very aggressive and/or territorial.
NO are you crazy just be happy with wat u have that would be like putting a horse in a fish pound
Yes, they are compatible, but you should NOT put two males together because they could fight.
Well, there are some guinea pigs and rabbits at our local animal shelter that have been housed together! Though, we asked one time if it was safe, and the worker there told us: "As long as they have been introduced at a young age, then, they should be fine!" I have a male guinea pig, and, a male dwarf rabbit! But, I don't house them together. But, they do like to run around in one room together, when they are outside of their cages! If you REALLY wanted to get the rabbit a PetLand, then, I would recommend that you house it in a hutch or a cage. But, you can introduce the guinea pig and the rabbit, and see if they get along, but, don't house them together! Thanks, and good luck,

Definately, to be on the safe side, I would get a dwarf rabbit. They LOVE guinea pigs and actually won't leave them alone becasue they want to protect them.
No seperate cages are mucho better. They have different needs and cares.
No they should be served as separate courses. They are much underestimated meats in my opinion.
no
rabbit and guinea pigs should never be put together!
alot of pet stores will say it is ok to put them together (they just want more money FACT!)
* rabbits can badly hurt a guinea pig, even if its a small rabbit. there feet are bigger and they jump around guinea pigs are small fragile animal and it would not be fair to adspected it to run out of the way of a big clumsy rabbit all of the time.. i am sure you would not like it?
* they need different diets!
guinea pigs need extra vit c as they do not produce it them self, were as rabbit do and if they got to much it would make them poorly. and if the piggy didnt get enough they would die!
there is nothing wrong with you wanting a rabbit as well as a guinea pig, but PLEASE do not put them together
you can have them both, but have separate cages and let them run around together!
No.
Pigs and rabbits have MUCH different dietary requirements, and there's the possible injury factor from the much stronger rabbit. Plus, some rabbits harbor bacteria like Pasteurella which is fatal to a guinea pig. Don't do it, it's not worth the risk.
Your pig needs a buddy? Adopt another guinea pig. And Petland is a horrible petstore. Don't, as another poster suggested, bring your guinea pig there to see the rabbit. Who knows what disease it will catch.
People who think it's ok to house rabbits and pigs together seriously, seriously need to do some research.
Yes, they often become friends. Sometimes guinea pigs hide inside bunny fur, and stuff.
i have been told: no
the bunnt kicks quite badly and it is unhealthy for the little one
yes it is ok but i would watch them for a few minutes until they get to know each other and check on them daily mine get along ok but they did fight once.
