Are black ants ( i guess there just the common black ants that get into your home) poisonous ? i was sitting ont the couch and i felt a little sting and there way one biting me, i had to pull it off of my leg it was like attached or somthing. are they poisonous ? can thay do any harm ? please help freekin out.

Sounds like Carpenter Ants. They have jaws that you can see if you look at one up close. Get some liquid ant bait. They will be attracted to it and all will die before making it back home.
Carpenter Ants are destructive to wood and you should have your house checked out to see if damage has been done by them already. They do as much damage annually in our area, as termites.
no, only red ants are harmful.

i do not really think so... its just an ant bite... no biggy, if you are still freaking out, you might want to see a doctor to ease yourself
the common black ant is not poisonous. just clean the spot with soap and water. you'll be fine.
