Is it safe to use dryer lint for a hamster's bedding cushion?

Answers:
No, this is in no way safe to use. Using a non wood shaving litter is all you need such as using Care Fresh. Dryer lint has the residue of detergents, fabric softeners and everything else that came off your clothes in it. Would you want to sleep in lint yourself?
no!
..I wouldn't It contains detergent residue .surely that cannot be good for them and they might ingest the stuff yuck !
I don't really kno but to be safe i would use Carefresh for the bedding becuaz it is the best u can get! Cedar and pine shavings can kill your hamster! So i wouldn't try it!
No! It is definitely not safe to use dryer lint in your hamster's bedding because it is too dusty %26 could damage its lungs %26 it is also full of chemicals %26 it could even kill it if the hamster eats it because I'm guessing dryer lint cannot be digested!
You absolutely do not want to do that. The lint contains chemicals that can be harmful if ingested or inhaled for long periods of time. In addition the particles from the lint could cause lung damage and illness.
i wouldnt do that, lint is very dusty and will most likely lead to respitory problems
no. it would be harmful because it would still have detergent in it which the hamster would be breathing in.
no.
